Prioritize user satisfaction, scale global adoption (especially outside the US), and deliver features that automate patient eligibility review, adapt pipelines for country-specific regulations, and leverage state-of-the-art AI models to improve accuracy and reduce costs. Collaborate with product and AI engineering teams to drive product strategy, execution, and international expansion.

Build and deploy production-grade AI solutions for clinical research: select and orchestrate LLMs, implement RAG and agentic systems for multimodal medical data, create scalable pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features that support patient recruitment and site selection.

Full-stack software engineer responsible for designing, implementing, deploying, and supporting new product features. Collaborate with product, AI engineers, and designers to improve processes and code health. Work on integrations (e.g., EHR) and multi-site experiences using TypeScript, React, and Next.js in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
