Inato Company Culture & Values
Inato Employee Perspectives
Describe Inato’s company culture in one word. What made you pick that word?
“Collaborative.” I chose this word because collaboration is central to how we operate and solve challenges together. Recently, we updated our cultural alignment assessment to reflect our revised operating principles. While I led the initiative, it was truly a team effort. I worked closely with hiring managers and team leads to ensure the updates aligned with our values and resonated with real-world scenarios.
Now that the updated assessment has been implemented, I’m surveying hiring managers for feedback on how it’s performing in interviews and identifying further opportunities for improvement. This process of gathering input, making thoughtful adjustments and seeking continuous feedback reflects how collaboration drives our success and ensures that we’re hiring candidates who will thrive in our culture.
How long have you been with Inato, and what professional growth or development have you seen in that time?
I’ve been with the company for three years, and in that time, I’ve continued to grow as a trusted partner to leadership in all things talent acquisition. My role covers every facet of attracting, hiring and retaining exceptional talent, including employer branding, talent attraction, interview training, learning and development, refining internal processes and overseeing our recruiting tech stack.
What I value most is the ability to identify opportunities and deliver strategic initiatives that drive the company forward. For instance, I’ve implemented tools to streamline hiring workflows and designed development programs to support our managers as they scale their teams. This level of ownership allows me to continuously expand my expertise while ensuring talent acquisition is a key driver of our company’s success. This desire to have a broad, meaningful impact is something we actively seek in all of our hires.
