Inato's 401(k) retirement plan offers a broad selection of stocks, bonds and international index funds to choose from. We do not currently offer a match but this will change post Series B.

Inato offers 1x an employee's annual salary or $250,000 whichever is lower.
Offers disability insurance
Inato's offers both LTD & STD. LTD is 60% of salary excluding Bonus & Commissions or $12,000 monthly (which ever is lower). STD is 60% of salary excluding B&C or $2500 weekly (whichever is lower).
