Provide executive and office operations support including calendar and travel management for the CEO, vendor and invoice management, finance support, document and communications preparation, digital presence and social media management, event and conference coordination, and support for special projects and operational initiatives.

Provide executive-level administrative and project coordination support for NGA programs in a classified environment: manage calendars, track action items, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare briefings and correspondence, handle records and visitor access, and support acquisition/vendor engagements while safeguarding classified information.

The Network Engineer will maintain government client networks, troubleshoot issues, coordinate incident responses, and develop procedures for improved operational efficiency.

Support NOAA NWS Office of Dissemination by developing and maintaining relational databases, producing routine data analyses and reports, drafting SOPs, and manipulating/exporting data using Excel and Access. Provide clear written communication and work collaboratively within the system engineering support team.
