Develop, enhance, integrate, and maintain the ECOSphere application and related systems for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Responsibilities include feature development, API and data integration, automated testing, Tier 2/3 support, AWS infrastructure maintenance, DevSecOps pipeline integration, security compliance, reporting datasets, documentation, user experience improvements, and development of an AI-enabled workflow tool.

Drafts and coordinates strategic messaging, press guidance, statements, talking points, and media engagements supporting U.S. foreign policy. Advises senior Department of State leadership, coordinates with bureaus, embassies, interagency partners, journalists, and digital teams, responds to press inquiries, monitors media coverage, and briefs leadership on breaking news. The role requires strong communications skills, foreign affairs knowledge, Secret clearance eligibility, and on-site work in Washington, DC.
