Provides on-site IT customer service desk and infrastructure support for Air Force systems at Kirtland AFB. Troubleshoots secure and non-secure hardware, software, networks, printers, messaging, VTC, audiovisual systems, and communications lines. Performs Windows imaging, asset inventory, work order management, equipment maintenance, stock replenishment, and support for classified and unclassified environments. Requires an active TS clearance with SSBI, SCI eligibility, Security+ CE, and at least two years in a TS processing environment.

Designs, implements, and manages secure AWS GovCloud infrastructure for government clients. Develops infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, containerized services, cloud-native solutions, patching automation, backup and disaster recovery processes, and security controls. Provides Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting, compliance support, vulnerability remediation, technical documentation, and guidance to junior engineers. The role requires collaboration with development, architecture, project management, clients, partners, and vendors.

Develop, enhance, integrate, and maintain the ECOSphere application and related systems for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. Responsibilities include feature development, API and data integration, automated testing, Tier 2/3 support, AWS infrastructure maintenance, DevSecOps pipeline integration, security compliance, reporting datasets, documentation, user experience improvements, and development of an AI-enabled workflow tool.
