Designs and implements infrastructure changes for semiconductor mask-writer control software. Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot machine operation; provide first-line application support; document results; collaborate on continuous improvement and feature rollouts; and lead technical escalations between Taiwan support teams and headquarters in Austria.

Deploys and integrates multi-beam mask writer software at company and customer semiconductor sites. Responsibilities include configuring and upgrading software, conducting factory acceptance tests, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting findings in Jira, supporting onsite engineers, automating team processes, collaborating with R&D, and owning projects. The role includes international travel, cleanroom work, independent problem-solving, and periodic weekend on-call duties.

As an HPC System Engineer, you will analyze equipment malfunctions, install software upgrades, support technical teams, and manage maintenance plans to optimize system performance.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical failures and operational issues escalated from first-line support. Perform root cause analysis, document findings, implement corrective actions, and support planned maintenance and continuous improvement. Maintain troubleshooting guides, participate in on-call support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
