Teams at IMS Nanofabrication

Leads development of next-generation semiconductor equipment from existing designs through prototype, customer demonstration, industrialization, and production readiness. Coordinates engineering, software, procurement, assembly, testing, and product management while managing plans, milestones, costs, resources, risks, dependencies, integration, verification, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.

Analyzes semiconductor customer applications and translates requirements into technically feasible product features. Collaborates with Product Management, Application Engineering, and R&D to define, develop, validate, and roll out features. Supports technical demonstrations, application evaluation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and product performance optimization. Serves as an interface between customers, on-site teams, product management, and engineering while contributing customer insights to product roadmaps and continuous improvement.

Serve as the customer contact for advanced nanolithography equipment performance. Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot machine operation; provide first-line application support; document results; collaborate on continuous improvement and feature rollouts; and lead technical escalations between Taiwan support teams and headquarters in Austria.
