Job Description- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical failures and operational issues escalated from first-line.
- Investigate recurring electrical issues and perform root cause analysis. Document findings and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Support planned maintenance activities, shutdowns, and equipment servicing.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment availability and reliability.
- Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides, support procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in on-call support and escalations as required.
1. Experience: 3+ years in electrical systems or machinery, preferably in industrial/manufacturing. Semiconductor background is a plus.
2. Troubleshooting: Skilled in diagnosing and repairing electrical equipment. Knowledge of High Voltage and PLC is a plus.
3. Problem Solving: Strong ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and deliver solutions. Attention to detail and excellent troubleshooting skills required.
4. Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to work with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Documentation: Ability to produce concise reports, procedures, and technical documents.
6. Task Management: Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Jira or similar ticket systems is a plus.
7. Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills in a global support environment.
