Field-based sales role responsible for building referral partnerships with plumbers, roofers, and other residential trades. Prospect daily via calls, visits, networking, and events; develop account plans; deliver marketing/appreciation materials; track referrals and pipeline; coordinate with operations to ensure positive customer experiences. Heavy in-person relationship development across the Seattle/Western Washington territory.

Drive relationship-based business development to generate restoration referrals and contracts across Houston. Build and maintain relationships with property managers, real estate professionals, HOAs, apartment communities, commercial insurance agents, and other referral partners. Network, prospect, follow up, track sales activity, and coordinate handoffs to operations. Represent the company professionally, attend local events, and create a consistent pipeline of mitigation and rebuild opportunities.

Drive outside sales to prospect and build new accounts, grow existing relationships with insurance agents, property managers and partners, update CRM, deliver sales presentations, meet quotas, manage accounts and resolve disputes while coordinating with operations and marketing to expand market share.

Lead and scale a regional water mitigation division by building systems, SOPs, and a technician career ladder. Drive revenue, profitability, crew productivity, documentation quality, on-call coverage, training, and customer experience. Oversee estimators and field teams, report KPIs, optimize equipment and labor efficiency, and align mitigation with reconstruction and executive leadership to enable scalable growth.

Identify and secure new commercial mitigation, reconstruction, and contents projects by developing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, generating proposals, managing a sales pipeline, conducting market research, reporting on performance, attending industry events, and providing client training through Lunch and Learn events.

Lead large-loss restoration and reconstruction projects from initial response through closeout. Drive project strategy, budgeting, estimating, and margin control. Manage client and carrier relationships, accelerate project schedules, enforce documentation and process discipline, and direct project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure timely, profitable delivery and repeat business.

Manage insurance-based reconstruction projects from estimate approval through close-out. Coordinate crews and subcontractors, materials, schedules; communicate with adjusters and homeowners; maintain budgets, timelines, safety, and code compliance; document milestones and resolve reconstruction challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.

Lead and deliver construction/restoration projects from estimate to completion. Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality control, client communications, documentation, and multiple concurrent jobs while driving profitability and process improvements.

Design and build AI-first internal systems: data integration, executive reporting, meeting intelligence, accountability logs, anomaly detection, ad-hoc analysis agents, and field/customer communication tools. Own full stack development lifecycle, integrations, deployments, documentation, and protect sensitive business data while working closely with leadership.

Manage residential and light commercial restoration projects from start to finish: scope, estimate, coordinate mitigation and reconstruction, oversee crews and subs, communicate with homeowners and adjusters, ensure documentation, billing accuracy, and respond to CAT events.

Drive growth in the commercial restoration market by identifying new business, building relationships with property and facility managers and insurance adjusters, developing strategic plans and marketing initiatives, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and tracking KPIs. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations, attend industry events, and support onboarding and business development tools implementation.

Lead full lifecycle management of commercial mitigation and reconstruction projects ($50K–$2M). Oversee scopes, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and estimating (Xactimate). Coordinate mitigation-to-reconstruction transitions, manage carrier/adjuster relationships, ensure documentation and compliance, drive profitability, and support regional market expansion.

Manage insurance-based residential and light commercial restoration projects from start to finish. Serve as client-facing project lead, create Xactimate estimates, oversee budgets and schedules, supervise technicians and subcontractors, inspect work for quality, process documentation, and coordinate with customers and adjusters to ensure timely, compliant restoration.

Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish in the restoration industry: coordinate clients and subs, maintain schedules and budgets, ensure safety and quality, perform site visits, prepare reports, resolve issues, mentor junior staff, and provide regular progress reporting and stakeholder communication.

Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales plans, leveraging an existing book of business, cultivating relationships with property managers and insurers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction in Southern California.

Lead launch of a reconstruction department: hire and develop team, establish workflows and standards, oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects, manage budgets, schedules, quality and subcontractors, track job costing and profitability, and drive $1M+ year-one revenue while partnering with the GM and coordinating with mitigation and contents teams.
