Develop and manage a territory by building referral relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, adjusters, and community contacts. Conduct frequent in-person visits, generate residential restoration opportunities, maintain CRM records, follow up with referral partners, attend networking events, and support storm-related market activity. The role requires independent field work, consistent prospecting, strong organization, and relationship-based selling, with a path toward larger commercial accounts.

Lead and scale a multi-market restoration sales organization as a hands-on player-coach: hire and ramp reps, enforce CRM and pipeline discipline, build channel-specific playbooks, personally pursue large commercial and national accounts, align marketing with sales, and provide forecasting and performance reporting to ownership.

Drive growth in the commercial restoration market by identifying new business, building relationships with property managers and insurance professionals, and closing commercial contracts. Develop strategic plans, collaborate with sales/marketing, attend industry events, and track KPIs to increase market share.
