Manage insurance-based residential and light commercial restoration projects from inception through completion. Responsibilities include client communication, documentation, project inspections, technician supervision, Xactimate estimating, quality control, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with customers, adjusters, subcontractors, and team members. The role requires managing multiple projects while addressing jobsite challenges and meeting insurance carrier expectations.

Develop and manage a territory by building referral relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, adjusters, and community contacts. Conduct frequent in-person visits, generate residential restoration opportunities, maintain CRM records, follow up with referral partners, attend networking events, and support storm-related market activity.
