Provides technical leadership and customer support for RAIN RFID products, helping global partners develop RFID inlays and tags. Creates technical documentation, training, reference designs, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts. Leads complex customer issue resolution through RF data collection, analysis, root-cause investigation, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires strong technical expertise in wireless IoT and SaaS, strategic thinking, cross-functional influence, and willingness to travel internationally.

Serve as technical liaison to field sales and ecosystem partners, designing and implementing RAIN RFID solutions. Provide onsite technical support, tag/inlay qualification, readpoint software assistance, demos and PoCs, translate customer requirements to product teams, and promote Impinj products across the US. Travel 25–50% including international.

Lead full-chip and transistor-level RF/mixed-signal layout for RFID and reader ICs, own floorplanning and tapeout readiness, coordinate cross-functional teams, perform DRC/LVS/DFM/EMIR reviews, mentor layout engineers, and drive layout methodology and foundry integration through production tape-outs.

Design, implement, and sustain wafer- and device-level ATE test programs and production test systems. Lead NPI-to-production transitions, install and troubleshoot ATE/instrumentation, analyze test data, manage wafer disposition and nonconformance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive yield and continuous improvement across Asia operations.

Lead RTL verification for RAIN RFID reader ICs across product lifecycle. Develop verification methodologies, SystemVerilog/UVM testbenches, BFMs, assertions, coverage metrics, CI/CD automation, and constrained-random tests. Collaborate with digital, analog, and silicon teams to ensure tape-out quality and support post-silicon validation and product improvements.

On-site IT Manager for Impinj's Porto Alegre office responsible for local IT infrastructure, devices, networks, VPN, access control and security cameras, vendor management, software licensing, end-user support, incident response, and aligning site operations with global IT and security standards.

Review and process sales orders, verify details and inventory, monitor fulfillment, communicate with customers and internal teams, maintain OMS data and reports, resolve inquiries, and optimize shipping and inventory processes to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.

Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for ARM-based SoCs and microcontrollers, from bootloaders to Linux applications. Lead hardware bring-up, driver and peripheral integration, optimize performance and power, debug with hardware tools, write documentation and tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead development and release of ATE test programs and hardware for silicon characterization and production. Source and qualify test hardware, analyze large datasets, optimize test flow for yield and cost, investigate yield/return root causes, and transfer products to high-volume production environments while coordinating across global teams.
