  • Work with Solutions Engineers, Field Applications Engineers, and partners to design and deliver enterprise-level technical solutions for your accounts
  • Build lasting relationships with senior leaders at your accounts through a consultative approach
  • Collaborate with business development, product management, marketing, and our partner ecosystem to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Own near- and long-term revenue forecasting at your accounts, using Salesforce to manage pipeline, opportunities, and account health
  • Gather insights from your customer base and the European partner ecosystem and communicate them to product management and marketing
  • Support marketing programs and trade shows across the region
  • Communicate and collaborate with the EMEA team and our corporate office in Seattle
  • Travel 40–50%, primarily within Europe
What You Will Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise sales, technical business development, or solution consulting, preferably in RF/wireless technologies or adjacent fields
  • A record of progressively larger system or enterprise-level technical sales in EMEA
  • Ability to quickly learn the European RFID ecosystem, from end users and system integrators to service bureaus and inlay manufacturers
  • Demonstrated ability to independently craft differentiated offerings that generate revenue
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and produce results in the field while maintaining close communication with corporate-based teams
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required
