Conduct semiconductor device characterization using probe stations, parameter analyzers, scripting, and automated test equipment. Develop test hardware, troubleshoot devices and lab equipment, automate data collection and reporting, support RMA testing, and analyze RFID inlay products. Collaborate with industrialization, silicon processing, operations, and engineering teams while documenting procedures and improving characterization methodologies.

Designs and leads scalable RAIN RFID software platforms spanning embedded readers, real-time stream processing, distributed systems, and cloud services. Develops algorithms to extract insights from RFID data, integrates machine-learning models, and delivers reliable, tested software across release cycles. The role establishes technical direction, collaborates across hardware and cloud engineering teams, mentors engineers, and works onsite in Seattle up to three days weekly.

Supports sourcing strategy for component and MRO suppliers, monitors supply market trends, resolves invoice and purchase order issues, issues and expedites purchase orders, manages supplier relationships, provides procurement spend analytics, and partners with engineering on supply base rationalization.
