Provides technical leadership and customer support for RAIN RFID products, helping global partners develop RFID inlays and tags. Creates technical documentation, training, reference designs, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts. Leads complex customer issue resolution through RF data collection, analysis, root-cause investigation, and cross-functional collaboration. Communicates technical solutions to customers and internal teams, supports product benchmarking, and may work flexible or on-call hours for global customers.

Designs and maintains scalable cloud infrastructure and developer tooling for IoT and embedded applications. Builds GitHub Enterprise CI/CD pipelines, manages AWS infrastructure with Terraform, administers Artifactory, automates configuration with Ansible, and develops Datadog monitoring. Writes Python automation, improves deployment reliability, security, and compliance, collaborates with engineering teams, and mentors DevOps engineers while driving continuous improvement.

Own go-to-market strategy and execution for IoT solutions and services, including product positioning, messaging, launches, technical content, webinars, and sales enablement. Collaborate with product management, sales, market development, and corporate marketing to increase revenue, market share, adoption, and brand visibility. The role requires strong technical expertise in wireless IoT and SaaS, strategic thinking, cross-functional influence, and willingness to travel internationally.
