Provide remote BSW student support to members through outreach, intake, care coordination, resource navigation, and documentation. Maintain updated resource lists, participate in supervision and team meetings, and use trauma-informed, confidential communication while developing case management skills.

Provide individualized support and care coordination for 9th–12th grade students; assist with goal-setting, problem-solving, and self-advocacy; connect students and families to school and community resources; maintain documentation; collaborate with school staff and leadership; participate in meetings, supervision, and professional development. Part-time onsite (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) with twice-weekly remote meetings.

Support day-to-day operations for a mission-driven organization by maintaining documentation, coordinating schedules and communications, following SOPs, tracking program and clinical activities, assisting special projects and workforce tasks, and identifying process improvements while working remotely and collaboratively.
