Monitor and maintain network and security infrastructure; configure and troubleshoot Check Point, FortiGate, and Palo Alto firewalls; support LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs, and routing; handle support tickets and SLA compliance; implement firewall policies, NAT and access controls; document incidents and provide technical support to ensure uptime and security compliance.

Lead HR and procurement activities including end-to-end recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, record-keeping, vendor sourcing and contracting, vendor payments, and supporting audits and compliance.

Plan, implement and manage the companys digital marketing strategy across SEO/SEM, social, email, display and analytics. Lead and train the digital team, oversee budget, measure KPIs/ROI, optimize landing pages and campaigns, run A/B and multivariate tests, and produce performance reports and competitor research.

Manage and optimize the Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, People, Desk, Campaigns, Projects, Analytics). Administer users, roles, permissions, workflows and Deluge automations; ensure data integrity, backups, migrations, and system performance. Provide first-level support, training, documentation, and liaise with Zoho support and partners to implement customizations and drive user adoption.

Assist the accounting team by recording daily transactions, managing accounts payable/receivable, preparing invoices and financial reports, reconciling bank statements, maintaining accounting records, and supporting audits and senior accountants.

Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payroll coordination, GST/TDS compliance, bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and support monthly/annual reporting, audits, and taxation activities while maintaining financial documentation and coordinating with management.

Manage sales and purchase operations including order processing, vendor management, payments, tax tracking (TDS/GST), ledger reconciliation, MIS/reporting and monthly CA filings. Maintain digital and hardcopy records, handle bank guarantees/EMDs, insurance for assets/vehicles/marine, and use Zoho Inventory and accounting systems to support sales and purchase workflows.

Lead QA strategy and teams for networking and wireless products (APs, gateways, switches, cloud controllers). Define test plans, automation, and processes; oversee functional, integration, performance, and interoperability testing; own release readiness, documentation, and quality metrics; collaborate with Development and Product for release gating.

Lead and coordinate development of a cloud-based network management SaaS platform. Manage cross-functional teams, oversee delivery, QA, and integration of FreeRADIUS, captive portal, payment gateways, and mobile apps. Use Agile/Scrum practices and tools (Jira/ClickUp), ensure timely releases, and communicate with clients and stakeholders.

Manage the organization’s financial health through budgeting, planning, reporting, compliance, and analysis. Ensure accurate records, support strategic decisions, control costs, and improve profitability and financial stability.
