Lead a team managing production and material planning to meet customer demand. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain capacity, optimize production utilization, control inventory, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain data integrity in Oracle/SAP. Provide analysis and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsible for material preparation for production including retrieving and transferring materials, distributing components, and reporting quantities. Requires physical activity during tasks and participation in production as needed.

The Product Engineer supports safety product development and launch, collaborates across functions, executes validation testing, and manages engineering documentation.
