Title: Senior Application Developer
Worksite Location: Westfield, Indiana
Duties: Indiana Mills & Manufacturing Inc. d/b/a IMMI seeks a Senior Application Developer in Westfield, IN to design, analyze, and review technical modules of IMMI's computer and enterprise software systems and applications. The Senior Application Developer operates as a subject matter expert on application development and educates team members and key leaders on IMMI applications. Specific responsibilities will include: serve as the subject matter expert on application development, design, and modification, and educate team members and key leaders on functions when necessary; collaborate and coordinate with ET and IT to set specifications and installations for IMMI applications; perform gap analysis, create designs, prepare and execute testing & data conversion, and drive workshops; perform unit integration testing prior to official launch; troubleshoot and analyze issues to debug applications; develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code; evaluate existing applications to determine if reprogramming or updates are necessary and add new features when relevant; train and educate team members on application development processes to keep all Enterprise Technology team members up to date on best practices and system processes; & conduct key user training. Domestic travel less than 5% of the time.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 10 years of experience in Oracle EBS 11.5.10 and R12. 10 years of experience in FSD, TDD, SDLC documentation, AIM Methodology MD050, MD070, and BR100. 10 years of experience in Oracle development tools (RICE) like Discoverer (Administrator, Desktop and plus), Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, OAF (Oracle Applications Framework), forms personalization, Workflow, and WEB ADI. 8 years of experience in Oracle Discrete Manufacturing (INV, BOM and WIP). 8 years of experience in Oracle O2C Cycle (INV, QP, OM, AR). 8 years of experience in Oracle Financial Modules (GL, CM, and FA). 8 years of experience in working with Oracle Support on the creation of SRs (Service Requests) S1 to resolve issues that affect month-end close activities. 5 years of experience in working with BSA (Business System Analyst) in the creation of an FSD (Functional Specification document) document and plan the testing. 8 years of experience in Oracle development and support (Design, Development, Testing, QA Deployment, Testing with BSA, testing with business users, PROD deployment). 8 years of experience in integration of Oracle modules with legacy and third-party systems using BI and Web Services for Oracle Cloud integrations. 5 years of experience in development and support of custom BIP, OTBI and Dashboards in Oracle Fusion Cloud. 5 years of experience in working with OIC (oracle integration cloud), support OIC inbounds and outbounds interfaces. 4 years of experience in SQL tuning advisor to improve/fix performance issues.
