Manage financial close and multi-entity consolidation under Ind AS, prepare consolidated financial statements, support regulatory compliance and statutory audits, perform reconciliations and currency translation, handle technical accounting, create MIS reports and variance analyses, and support Oracle Fusion ERP and financial reporting.

Manage workforce planning through capacity modeling, volume forecasting, staffing plans, scheduling, headcount reporting, attrition tracking, and trend analysis. Monitor demand, shrinkage, productivity, service levels, flexibility, and costs while identifying capacity risks and developing contingency plans. Collaborate with Command Center and Operations teams to improve planning models. The role requires rotational shift availability and fixed weekend days off.
