Manage end-to-end BI reporting and insights for RCM and enterprise metrics, deliver accurate reports on time, perform deep-dive analysis on performance issues, build and maintain SQL queries, automate reports and processes, support reporting transitions, ensure compliance, handle stakeholder ad-hoc requests, and develop the BI team through training.

The Revenue Cycle Representative is responsible for processing accounts, ensuring accurate billing, following up on open claims, posting payments, and verifying insurance eligibility in the healthcare RCM industry.

Entry-level Business Analyst who partners with revenue cycle stakeholders to elicit requirements, build and QA repeatable SQL/Python analyses and reports, monitor KPIs, identify revenue opportunities, present findings to clients, and support forecasting and financial impact quantification.

Review and code patient charts using CPT, ICD, HCPCS and modifiers; analyze medical records to identify billable services; resolve coding queries; support audits, reporting, quality and productivity improvements; advise training; and participate in automation and innovation initiatives.

Audit inpatient trauma coding for accuracy and completeness, validate ICD-10 and DRG assignments, review trauma documentation, ensure correct diagnosis/procedure sequencing and POA/CC/MCC capture, identify documentation gaps and recommend physician queries, coach coders, maintain quality/productivity targets, prepare audit reports and analyze coding trends.

Review inpatient trauma records to assign accurate ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS codes, determine MS-DRG/APR-DRG, capture CC/MCC and POA, query physicians for documentation gaps, ensure regulatory and client policy compliance, meet productivity/quality targets, and support audits and process improvement.
