Build and maintain AI-first web and mobile applications across the full stack. Develop AI-powered features and agentic workflows using Python, LangGraph, LLM tooling, orchestration, tool use, stateful flows, and human-in-the-loop patterns. Design scalable front-end, back-end, API, and cloud solutions using React, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python. Collaborate with teams and clients on feature delivery, demos, rollouts, performance, scalability, and reliability.

Process healthcare revenue cycle accounts and claims while meeting turnaround and quality targets. Analyze accounts, insurance denials, eligibility, and benefits; follow up with payors; manage claim ageing and assigned ticklers; and route cases requiring team or client assistance. The role supports accounts receivable and eligibility or benefits verification, directing claims to insurance or self-pay as appropriate. It requires a graduate degree, communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, and basic computer and MS Office skills.

Review and code patient charts using CPT, ICD, HCPCS and modifiers; analyze medical records to identify billable services; resolve coding queries; support audits, reporting, quality and productivity improvements; advise training; and participate in automation and innovation initiatives.

The Revenue Cycle Representative is responsible for processing accounts, ensuring accurate billing, following up on open claims, posting payments, and verifying insurance eligibility in the healthcare RCM industry.
