The Revenue Cycle Representative is responsible for processing accounts, ensuring accurate billing, following up on open claims, posting payments, and verifying insurance eligibility in the healthcare RCM industry.

Process and resolve claims within TAT and quality benchmarks. Handle billing, clearhouse/front-end rejections, AR follow-up and denial resolution, post electronic/manual payments, perform reconciliations, verify eligibility/benefits, manage aging and ticklers, and coordinate with teams to achieve resolution.

Lead and grow an implementation team to deliver multiple RCM onboarding projects. Define strategy, manage resources, mitigate risks, engage stakeholders, improve processes, and ensure data accuracy and reporting to drive client adoption and success.

Lead coding quality assurance by auditing coder work, managing quality issues, maintaining client-specific documentation, analyzing trends to identify training needs, conducting internal training, and performing monthly and probationary reviews.
