The role requires consultative selling to insurance agencies, brokers, FMOs, GAs, or employer groups, along with knowledge of ACA markets, enrollment processes, and broker technology.

Owns end-to-end lifecycle and ad hoc email and SMS campaigns in Iterable. Responsibilities include workflow development, audience segmentation, content and template management, testing, launch, monitoring, platform administration, performance analysis, A/B testing, and optimization. Partners with Marketing, Brand, Design, Legal, and Sales Operations to deliver compliant campaigns that improve engagement, retention, lead nurturing, and business outcomes.

Owns business-unit operating rhythms, governance, and execution mechanisms. Leads cross-functional initiatives, executive planning, business reviews, dashboards, KPI and OKR visibility, organizational improvements, communications, and collaboration practices. Partners with senior leaders to prioritize work, resolve roadblocks, translate strategy into measurable execution, and recommend corrective actions. The role also supports organizational change, knowledge management, mentorship, onboarding, and scalable team operations.

Lead B2B workplace insurance growth by partnering with agencies and distribution partners. Design ICHRA and level-funded solutions, integrate enrollment/BenAdmin tech, bundle ancillary products, consult brokers/HR on ACA/HRA regulations, and expand distribution through affinity and agency partnerships.
