Coordinates employer benefit implementations from post-sale handoff through employee enrollment and post-enrollment service transition. Manages timelines, census data, agreements, technology and carrier readiness, employee communications, enrollment tracking, issue resolution, payroll and funding confirmations, and final documentation. Serves as the central coordinator among employers, brokers, internal teams, technology partners, carriers, and administrators while ensuring deadlines, compliance, and implementation quality.

Supports digital marketing and SEO initiatives through website audits, content and site optimization, quality assurance testing, ticket coordination, digital asset creation, video editing, and DTC website content maintenance. Requires at least one year of relevant experience, including internships or project work, with preferred experience using SEO, CMS, analytics, design, and video-editing tools.

Owns end-to-end lifecycle and ad hoc email and SMS campaigns in Iterable. Responsibilities include workflow development, audience segmentation, content and template management, testing, launch, monitoring, platform administration, performance analysis, A/B testing, and optimization. Partners with Marketing, Brand, Design, Legal, and Sales Operations to deliver compliant campaigns that improve engagement, retention, lead nurturing, and business outcomes.
