Reviews CDBG-DR applications for completeness, accuracy, eligibility, and compliance with program policies. Communicates with applicants, supports intake and application completion, investigates discrepancies, resolves issues, provides customer service, and maintains case documentation. The role may also support reporting, monitoring, advisory services, program promotion, and project management activities while ensuring adherence to federal and state requirements.

Reviews disaster recovery project documentation for compliance with CDBG-DR, CDBG-MIT, HMGP, FEMA, and PRDOH requirements. Validates eligible costs, procurement, environmental records, labor compliance, duplication of benefits, match payments, and national objectives. Organizes project files, retrieves documentation from FEMA and COR3 systems, evaluates HMGP projects, and submits findings and recommendations to the Eligibility Manager. The role is office-based in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, may require travel, and requires English-Spanish fluency.

Provides remote administrative support, including telephone assistance, correspondence, typing, filing, mailing, scheduling, copying, scanning, and shipping. Pulls documentation for contract requirements, performs invoice data entry, and assists with report review. Requires strong Microsoft Office skills, organization, attention to detail, communication, and dependability. Preferred experience includes federally funded grant programs and tools such as SmartSheet, Power BI, and SharePoint.

Reviews applications and case records for completeness, eligibility, duplicate benefits, fraud, inconsistencies, and compliance. Verifies documentation, investigates discrepancies, communicates with case managers, initiates corrective actions, and escalates issues according to procedures. Maintains knowledge of program policies, supports quality-control process improvements, manages workload, and provides timely professional responses while protecting personally identifiable information.

Coordinates communication, schedules, correspondence, documentation, records, reports, presentations, and administrative activities for FEMA Match Program projects. Serves as liaison between key staff and project teams, maintains physical files, supports program implementation, and completes tasks requested by PRDOH. Requires local availability in Puerto Rico, bilingual English and Spanish fluency, office-based work in Guaynabo, and possible travel.

On-call emergency management professionals deploy nationwide, including Puerto Rico, to support disaster preparedness, response, recovery, and humanitarian missions. Responsibilities include serving in EOCs or JFOs, conducting needs assessments, coordinating resources and logistics, supporting sheltering and mass care, preparing situation reports, managing stakeholders, filling ICS roles, and providing specialized technical expertise. Assignments may last one to six months and require short-notice deployment, extended fieldwork, adaptable schedules, and participation in after-action improvement processes.

Leads the architecture, integration, development, testing, and deployment of Advanced Metering Infrastructure systems for utility Meter-to-Cash processes. Acts as a utility IT/OT subject matter expert while ensuring compliance with architecture standards.
