Teams at IE

Support and improve Azure-hosted applications, Sitecore CMS platforms, and .NET Core APIs. Build NewRelic monitoring dashboards, respond to incidents including P1 after-hours events, unblock delivery teams, support releases, and contribute to longer-term platform improvements. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, analytical troubleshooting, ownership, clear communication, and participation in an approximately one-week-per-month on-call roster.

Own day-to-day delivery coordination for a high-volume enterprise client account. Responsibilities include capacity planning, stakeholder and agency coordination, ticket and workflow management, team check-ins, briefing, financial administration, forecasting, invoicing, and process improvement. The role requires proactive problem-solving, strong communication, organization, client judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Contribute to product design work for web, app, and loyalty programs. Build and maintain design system components in Figma, create prototypes and testable concepts, collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams, and grow toward presenting work and owning delivery under senior mentorship.
