(i.e.,) are currently looking for a Junior Product Designer to join the team and own the technical delivery of products across a variety of client engagements. This role is designed to be a hands on, growth focused position for someone ready to build their craft on real client work, with plenty of support along the way.

Research indicates that certain demographic groups, such as women, may be less inclined to apply for a role unless they meet all the job requirements. If you're interested in this role, we strongly encourage you to apply, as you might be just what we're looking for.

About the opportunity

As a Junior Designer in our Product Design discipline, you will have the opportunity to work across a mix of website, app, and loyalty program work for large enterprise brands. Your primary role is to contribute to our client's design system, using strong Figma skills and good visual craft to bring ideas to life. An important part of your role is also to build your own sense of design taste, using AI as a thought partner rather than a shortcut, and to grow into presenting your own work with more ownership over time.

You will sit within a cross-functional team to support with:

  • Contributing to a growing design system for a major client, working within its existing patterns and standards
  • Designing across web, app, and customer loyalty experiences
  • Turning client problems into clear concepts, prototypes, and testable ideas
  • Explaining your design decisions and rationale to the team, with client presentation something you'll grow into
  • Working in two week sprints, with larger pieces of work running across four to six week blocks
  • Partnering with senior designers to learn how client relationships and business context shape good design

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong Figma skills
  • Solid visual craft
  • Basic product or UX thinking, the ability to take a problem and think it through, not just execute
  • Curiosity and clear communication, including the ability to explain your thinking to others

It would also be great if you had experience in:

  • Working with or contributing to design systems
  • Prototyping
  • Exposure to user research, even if you haven't run studies yourself

About You

  • You're curious, and you genuinely want to understand how people use the things you design
  • You have a strong eye for detail
  • You lead with empathy, for users and for the people you work with
  • You're resilient when projects move fast or plans change
  • You can present your work and thinking with confidence
  • You show up consistently and bring enthusiasm to learning something new
  • You respect process, while still being ready to ask questions and contribute ideas
  • You're comfortable working closely with a team, even when you're still building your experience
