Summary Generated by Built In

(i.e.,) are currently looking for a Producer to join the team and own the day-to-day delivery coordination across our largest retained enterprise account. This role is designed to be the connective layer between our team, our client, and external partners, turning a fast-moving, high-volume account into one that runs on clarity rather than reactivity.

Research indicates that certain demographic groups, such as women, may be less inclined to apply for a role unless they meet all the job requirements. If you're interested in this role, we strongly encourage you to apply, as you might be just what we're looking for.

About the opportunity

As a Producer in our Delivery discipline you will have the opportunity to bring structure and momentum to a busy, high-profile client account. Your primary role is to own the day to day operational flow of work across our cross functional team, the client and external agency partners, including planning capacity, coordinating delivery and ensuring work lands on time.

You’ll be someone who sees around corners. You’ll spot potential issues before they become blockers, bring the right people together to resolve them, and create the clarity needed to keep delivery moving.

You will sit within a cross-functional team to support with:

  • Capacity planning and tracking, with visibility across who's doing what and what's due when
  • Coordination between our team, the client, and external agency partners across email, Slack, and Teams
  • Ticket and workflow management, making sure work is logged, briefed, and tracked through to completion
  • Regular team check-ins to surface blockers and keep delivery on track
  • Briefing the team on incoming work and preparing supporting materials such as decks and briefs
  • Support financial admin for the account, including monthly forecasting and invoicing
  • Looking for ways to improve processes, workflows and ways of working so the account becomes more efficient and predictable over time

We value demonstrated experience in two or more of the following areas:

  • Project or delivery coordination in an agency, consultancy, or client-services environment
  • Capacity planning and resourcing across a team or account
  • Working across Jira or similar ticketing/workflow tools
  • Managing forecasting, budgets, or invoicing for a client account
  • Coordinating across multiple stakeholders, including external partners or agencies
  • Working within fast-paced, ambiguous, or evolving account structures

What you'll bring

  • You're organised by nature, you build and maintain the systems that keep a busy account under control
  • You're calm under pressure and solution-first: when something breaks, your instinct is to find a way through, not sit with the problem
  • You communicate confidently across technical and non-technical audiences
  • You're proactive rather than reactive, you don't wait to be told something's yours to solve
  • You can juggle a lot of moving parts without losing sight of what matters most
  • You have the instinct to know when to push back on a client and when to flex, and the confidence to do either
  • You’re curious about how things could work better and actively look for opportunities to make delivery simpler, clearer and more effective

The consultant we value

We value talent who put our clients first - always - with humility, sharp intellect, and unwavering integrity. A servant leader at heart, they earn trust through action, respect privacy, and consistently leave things better than they found them. Fueled by a growth mindset and lifelong learning, they adapt with intention and evolve through structured innovation. They listen deeply, share openly, align swiftly, and go boldly. Analytical and curious, they lead with initiative, form strong points of view rooted in insight and innovation, and have the courage to challenge the status quo for the better. This is the consultant who not only delivers, but inspires.

  • A focus on growth and training - quarterly training days, a structured feedback and goal-setting program, and tailored learning and development experiences
  • A work environment that brings people together to celebrate both socially and culturally

Respectfully, we're not looking for help from recruitment agencies with this role. Applications should address your experience across the key areas above.

Skills Required

  • Demonstrated experience in at least two relevant areas, including project or delivery coordination, capacity planning, Jira or similar workflow tools, client-account forecasting or invoicing, stakeholder coordination, or fast-paced account structures.

  • Experience with capacity planning and resourcing across a team or account.
  • Experience using Jira or similar ticketing and workflow management tools.
  • Experience managing forecasting, budgets, or invoicing for a client account.

  • Confident communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
