Design and build Kafka-, Python-, and Java-based streaming data pipelines and ETL workflows that reconcile requested and deployed infrastructure. Ensure scalable, reliable data ingestion and processing, collaborate with full-stack engineers on integrations and visualizations, and help develop rules and alerts identifying infrastructure discrepancies and policy violations.

Develops and executes automated software tests across telephony and networking hardware platforms. Creates test cases, plans, traceability matrices, and summary reports; performs baseline, system, and regression testing; analyzes logs and test data; manages discrepancy reports; and builds and maintains laboratory test environments supporting research and development.

Design and evaluate multi-cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, and other commercial cloud platforms. Develop reusable infrastructure-as-code templates and integration patterns for networking, identity, data flows, monitoring, and automation. Designs and evaluates AWS migration strategies for legacy and virtual-machine workloads. Develops architecture diagrams, migration plans, and reference implementations; assesses cost, scalability, complexity, performance, and compliance tradeoffs. Collaborates with development and DevOps teams on CI/CD integration, mentors implementation teams, advises customers and leadership, communicates risks, and documents cloud best practices. The role also supports enterprise cloud adoption and may contribute to multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud strategy.

Develop and maintain scalable Python applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure. Build CI/CD pipelines, manage Docker and Kubernetes deployments, and optimize system performance, security, scalability, and reliability. Analyzes system vulnerabilities and attack techniques across hardware, software, personnel, procedures, logistics, and physical security. Develops operational countermeasures, investigates malicious or unauthorized activity using network and anomaly data, and produces reports and briefings on attacks affecting systems and missions. Requires Zero Trust experience, relevant cybersecurity expertise, an applicable degree, and an active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.

Prepare, review, revise, publish, and maintain operational doctrine, directives, guidance, implementation plans, and standard operating procedures. Coordinate with subject matter experts, organize technical content for target audiences, ensure accuracy, maintain documentation libraries, and support senior leaders within the CNO mission organization. The role requires strong editing, communication, documentation management, Confluence expertise, and familiarity with SharePoint and government policies.

Perform reverse engineering and debugging of existing software, identify and help correct defects, research software vulnerabilities, and develop methods to detect vulnerable running software. The role requires low-level programming and assembly expertise, C/C++, Python, and industry-standard reverse-engineering tools such as Ghidra or IDA Pro. An active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph through Maryland and 3–10 years of relevant experience are required.

Design and maintain DevOps infrastructure for services that aggregate infrastructure data, detect deployment discrepancies, enforce best practices, and support compliant customer operations. Responsibilities include managing GitLab CI/CD pipelines, operating Kubernetes and Rancher environments, deploying and monitoring AWS workloads, maintaining Grafana, Prometheus, and Elastic APM monitoring, and communicating technical concepts to customers. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph and 12 years of experience.

Develop full-stack web applications integrating AI, machine learning, and computer vision models. Build and test software using Java, Spring Boot, Python, React, MongoDB, and Docker; collaborate with data science teams, customers, and stakeholders; enhance the company website; and contribute to products throughout their lifecycles.

Lead the architecture and development of scalable LLM-powered applications, AI infrastructure, and full-stack services. Build reliable platforms, automation, monitoring, and deployment systems for enterprise-scale AI workloads. Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, incident response, and post-mortems. Collaborate with product teams, improve development processes, and mentor engineers while supporting rapid and reliable delivery of AI features.

Develops, deploys, monitors, and maintains operational network infrastructure and CI/CD capabilities. Responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code, GitLab administration, containerization, automation tooling, metrics collection, system reliability, and end-to-end solutions for mission customers. The role uses Packer, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Linux, databases, and scripting technologies to automate infrastructure deployment and improve production resilience. It is fully on-site and supports mission operations.

Design, develop, debug, and modify embedded software. Participate in code reviews, documentation, developer testing, integration testing, and development of support software interfacing with embedded systems. Requires low-level programming experience in Windows, Linux, or RTOS environments, along with C/C++ and Python proficiency. An active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph is required.

Develop and maintain analytic and UI-based software tools supporting CNO operators and analysts. Responsibilities include resolving application issues, gathering customer requirements, rapidly prototyping solutions, automating workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes frontend and UI development while also involving APIs, backend services, DevOps, databases, Python, CI/CD, and containerization.

Build and own full-stack web applications connecting AI/ML capabilities with intelligence customers. Responsibilities include developing CMO’s website and workflow tools, collaborating with computer vision and data science engineers, prototyping new capabilities, engaging stakeholders and users, and testing and deploying software throughout its lifecycle.

Develop, test, debug, and reverse engineer CNO software across Linux, Windows, Android, and/or iOS platforms. The role requires proficiency in C, C++, and Python, understanding of x86 and/or ARM architectures, and an active current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph. This position is fully on-site in Maryland.

Develop graph data models, optimize Neo4j and Cypher queries, build Python data parsers, validate mission data, and support near-real-time graph analysis.
