Lead customer relationships and commercial development for automotive seating programs. Manage quoting, program initiation, pricing and monthly/weekly reporting. Serve as primary customer contact, gather market intelligence, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support forecasting and program profitability to grow and sustain business.

Manage material planning, procurement, inventory, and supplier coordination to meet production schedules. Optimize packaging, material flow, and storage; use ERP and MS Project; support 5S, safety, quality, and continuous improvement; supervise and train floor associates on a 2nd shift schedule.

Ensure delivery of PPAP-approved products, implement internal product/system/process audits, develop and maintain quality system documentation, act as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 management representative, resolve lessons learned, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Manage customer quality issues, perform root-cause analysis and 8D actions, support PPAP/PSW, run product and durability tests, maintain QMS (ISO 9001/IATF 16949), perform audits, Gage R&R, calibration, supplier KPI monitoring, and develop quality documentation.

Lead and manage plant quality process activities: monitor and test products/processes, implement corrective actions (8D, 5 Whys), support PPAP/APQP launches, audit quality systems, resolve customer/supplier issues, prepare reports, and drive containment and process improvement.

Provide legal and administrative support including contract management, corporate governance, litigation and regulatory compliance. Assist with drafting and reviewing contracts, risk analysis, negotiations with external parties, maintaining legal records, and monitoring legislative changes. Support complex matters with multiple stakeholders and collaborate with in-house counsel to ensure compliance and proactive legal risk management.

Coordinate material planning, procurement, inventory, and supplier communication to meet production schedules. Optimize packaging, material flow, and storage; use ERP (SAP), support 5S and continuous improvement, supervise floor associates, and maintain safety and quality records.

Manage overall materials and supply chain functions including inventory, production control, scheduling, shipping/receiving, vendor relations, strategic sourcing, and process improvements to ensure on-time customer deliveries and operational efficiency.

Provide daily support, maintenance, and enhancement of corporate IT infrastructure including Windows/Linux servers, storage, virtualization, monitoring, NAC, backups, and endpoint systems. Troubleshoot issues, manage capacity, patching, change management, vendor relations, ITSM ticketing, and contribute to projects and customer-facing meetings.

Prepare and audit bi-weekly domestic and monthly international payroll using ADP; manage tax filings, year-end W-2s, deductions, garnishments, timekeeping, benefits withholding, reporting, and provide payroll support to HR and Accounting.

Manage IT asset and facility inventories, user accounts and badge/access control, CCTV and network permission audits, and data protection training. Provide HR administrative support, coordinate vendors, travel, office projects, compliance documentation, and emergency/maintenance responses while maintaining confidentiality and security.

Administers employee benefits and leave programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, FMLA, ADA, COBRA). Manages enrollments, open enrollment, HRIS records, audits, insurance claims, vendor coordination, compliance, documentation, employee communications, and partnerships with payroll/finance.

Coordinate material planning, procurement, inventory, supplier deliveries, and packaging/layout optimization to support production schedules. Oversee receiving/inspection, maintain inventory levels, issue purchase orders, use ERP (SAP), support 5S and continuous improvement, and provide floor leadership and training to ensure safety and quality.

Manage sourcing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, inventory monitoring, and supplier performance for automotive manufacturing. Collaborate with production and finance to align procurement strategies, analyze market trends, and ensure timely, cost-effective material supply to meet production schedules.

Support cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing quality issues through data analysis, root-cause investigations, audits, supplier PPAP administration, inspections, training, and continuous improvement using tools like Six Sigma.

Lead and manage plant EHS programs including regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA), ISO/OHSAS certification support, audits, incident investigations, training, MSDS and hazardous waste management, worker's compensation administration, KPI tracking, emergency response, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Develop and manage seat/foam pad production plans, maintain inventory, coordinate with customers and internal departments, manage SAP/TGPS production planning processes, support design-change timing, ensure quality standard compliance, and participate in continuous improvement and 5S activities. May include rotating 2nd shift and travel.
