Manages automotive seat sequencing, inventory tracking, shipping and receiving, and material movement through ASRS and warehouse operations. Verifies labels, shipment documents, inventory records, and customer orders while coordinating schedules to prevent production delays. Troubleshoots ASRS and conveyor systems, supports repairs, maintains packaging and quality procedures, performs inventory counts, prepares reports, and follows safety and ISO requirements. The role requires computer proficiency, physical material-handling ability, accurate communication, and at least one year of related experience.

Administers employee benefits and leave programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, FMLA, ADA, COBRA). Manages enrollments, open enrollment, HRIS records, audits, insurance claims, vendor coordination, compliance, documentation, employee communications, and partnerships with payroll/finance.

Leads automotive seating sales and commercial development with existing and prospective customers. Manages customer relationships, quoting, program awards, business development strategy, pricing and commercial issues, market intelligence, forecasts, and recurring reports. Serves as the primary customer contact, coordinates internal and headquarters teams, resolves commercial and technical requests, and supports profitable, sustainable business growth while following safety, quality, environmental, and company policies.
