Sell commercial HVAC service agreements to building owners in Houston by generating leads, developing account business plans, expanding customer base, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and promote energy-efficient maintenance.

Lead controls and wiring development for new and modified HVAC equipment: program PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and smart relays; create electrical/control layouts and CAD drawings; produce BOMs, IOMs, and test documentation; support proposals, estimating, production troubleshooting, and cross-functional coordination to deliver repeatable, standards-compliant solutions.

Support project managers on commercial and industrial HVAC/mechanical projects by reviewing drawings, coordinating procurement and schedules, tracking progress, managing RFIs/change orders, assisting budgeting and reporting, performing site visits, and ensuring safety and compliance throughout project execution.

Prepare and manage service agreement estimates, proposals, renewals and invoicing; track contract profitability and status; enter and maintain contracts and equipment in WennSoft; resolve billing issues; coordinate turnover meetings and report contract status; support sales and service managers to mitigate contract risks.

Support project managers by updating schedules, generating purchase orders, routing invoices, maintaining document control and versioning, compiling client progress reports, and coordinating RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specifications to keep industrial projects organized and on track.

Design, draft, and document commercial and industrial HVAC products using 2D drawings and 3D models. Maintain BOMs, manage change control and document revisions, support new product development and modified-equipment projects, select mechanical components, and coordinate with engineering, operations, and external partners.

Manage EPC document control systems and workflows for engineering, procurement, and construction. Track revisions, distribute drawings/submittals/RFIs, maintain registers and audits, support project closeout (O&M manuals, as-builts), and ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards.

Manage procurement of products, materials, and services to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals. Negotiate with suppliers, maintain vendor relationships, monitor stock levels, track orders, resolve supply chain issues, lead product training and merchandising, support sales quoting, and maintain procurement records and process improvements.

Lead and build a Project Controls function for large EPC industrial capital projects (> $1B). Develop cost control, scheduling, forecasting, risk management, reporting, change management, and governance frameworks; manage budgets, forecasts, PO/invoice workflows, stakeholder coordination, and present insights to senior leadership. Recruit and mentor a project controls team.

Support project managers with schedule updates, purchase order generation, invoice routing, and document control. Compile client progress reports, track RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specifications, and maintain organized, version-controlled project files to ensure timely distribution and compliance.

Support daily HR operations including onboarding, HR administration, benefits coordination, leave management, Paycom/HRIS support, reporting, and employee communications. Track leaves via Unum, coordinate benefits events, compile HR metrics, and serve as primary employee contact.

Support the Area Service Manager and primary dispatcher by creating call slips, routing warranty requests, reviewing service documentation, scheduling and coordinating service work, processing claims and purchase orders, invoicing, and following up with customers and field staff to resolve outstanding issues and ensure timely billing.

Support project managers executing commercial and industrial HVAC and mechanical projects by reviewing drawings and specs, coordinating procurement and schedules, tracking progress and costs, managing RFIs/change orders, attending site meetings, and providing technical and administrative support to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery.

Coordinate field labor, materials, and technician dispatch for HVAC service requests. Schedule and assign work using Wennsoft, prepare service documentation and estimates, manage purchase orders and billing, review field records, and follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Administer rebate and incentive claims, process credit/rebill requests and vendor quotes, correct pricing errors, set up new items with correct pricing, track rebate payments, and support cross-functional teams.

Design and coordinate control and instrumentation systems for industrial process cooling projects. Develop control strategies, sequences, I/O lists, panel reviews, commissioning support, FAT/SAT, instrumentation selection, electrical coordination, documentation, and technical oversight across project teams.
