Supports dispatch operations by creating call slips, routing warranty requests, scheduling service work, coordinating field resources, processing claims and purchase orders, and completing service ticket invoicing. Reviews work orders, estimates, warranties, and documentation for accuracy while communicating with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely service delivery and billing.

Leads the Talent Acquisition team while managing assigned recruiting requisitions. Responsibilities include workload coordination, recruiter coaching, sourcing strategy, hiring manager partnership, requisition approval, recruiting metrics, workforce planning, compliance, candidate experience, and process improvement using Paycom and other recruiting technologies.

Coordinates commercial HVAC technician dispatch, scheduling, customer communications, job-status tracking, work-order completion, invoicing, and billing reconciliation. Maintains dispatch logs, prepares schedules and reports, follows up on open jobs, supports warranty claims and parts returns, and tracks preventive-maintenance schedules and service-contract renewals. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, administrative, and data-entry skills in a fast-paced service environment.
