Coordinates commercial HVAC technician dispatch, scheduling, customer communications, job-status tracking, work-order completion, invoicing, and billing reconciliation. Maintains dispatch logs, prepares schedules and reports, follows up on open jobs, supports warranty claims and parts returns, and tracks preventive-maintenance schedules and service-contract renewals. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, administrative, and data-entry skills in a fast-paced service environment.

Provides administrative and office support to the Industrial team by coordinating calendars and meetings, preparing documents, maintaining records, managing supplies, handling communications, supporting onboarding and events, and assisting with project-related documentation, purchase orders, invoices, timekeeping, and expense records. The role is in-office and requires strong organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Develops energy, infrastructure, facility modernization, and capital improvement opportunities across Texas. Builds executive customer and partner relationships, translates operational and financial needs into viable solutions, coordinates technical and commercial resources, and advances complex projects from concept through contract award. Maintains qualified pipelines, evaluates project value and risk, identifies strategic partnerships and follow-on opportunities, and supports transition into project execution.
