The Staff Accountant supports month-end close, accruals, journal entries, general ledger analysis, bank reconciliations, purchase order and three-way match research, job cost review, internal controls, GAAP compliance, and audit support. The role also handles sales and use tax documentation, maintains confidentiality, and collaborates with vendors, managers, and accounting team members while meeting deadlines.

Coordinate and dispatch field personnel for equipment startups, warranty work, inspections, and owner training. Review work requests, assign resources, maintain work orders and warranty records, monitor assignment status, verify documentation, and support purchasing, invoicing, cost allocation, and warranty claims. Serve as the communication link among customers, technicians, sales engineers, project teams, manufacturers, and internal departments while resolving scheduling issues and maintaining accurate project and billing information.

Serves as the onsite technical expert for mission-critical chiller and central-plant systems. Performs advanced diagnostics, repairs, startups, commissioning, optimization, and root-cause analysis for commercial chiller equipment. Provides technical direction and coaching to HVAC technicians, coordinates with operations, controls teams, vendors, and contractors, and maintains detailed service documentation. Supports preventive maintenance, major repairs, equipment risk assessments, emergency response, and reliable data center operations while following safety, refrigerant, access, and change-management procedures.
