Designs, implements, and continuously improves enterprise talent programs, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and skills initiatives. Leads the Talent Programs team and partners with HR, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HRIS, and business stakeholders. Drives change management, program adoption, leadership development, talent assessment, and succession processes while using analytics to measure effectiveness and inform talent decisions.

Provides financial leadership for multiple business units by owning financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, dashboards, and performance analysis. Partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams, reviews manufacturing and cost analytics, presents financial results, identifies improvement opportunities, and leads initiatives supporting business decisions.

Develop and lead the quality function across internal and global contract manufacturing operations. Establish quality management systems, integrate quality into new product development, manage customer complaints, oversee product safety and environmental compliance, monitor KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role also manages departmental budgets, applies statistical and reliability engineering methods, and partners with engineering, suppliers, vendors, and customers to improve product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Provides operational and administrative support for product training programs. Coordinates training schedules, course launches, LMS administration, digital learning assets, quality assurance, reporting, learner support, and instructor-led training logistics. Maintains training documentation, inventories, version histories, and procedures while identifying process improvements. The role also supports course publishing, enrollment, certificates, learning paths, and basic LMS troubleshooting.

Designs, develops, and optimizes enterprise data pipelines and integrations into Snowflake from Oracle Fusion, databases, and cloud applications. Ensures data quality, governance, security, scalability, and performance while supporting Power BI, AI, machine learning, and self-service analytics. Partners with business and technical stakeholders, leads engineering standards, mentors junior engineers, manages source-system migrations, and evaluates emerging data technologies.

Reviews regulations and standards to determine product applicability, administers certification programs, coordinates with certifying agencies, prepares compliance declarations, supports certification testing, and monitors regulatory trends. The role also assists Marketing, Sales, and engineering teams with compliance needs and requires 10%–20% travel to test laboratories, customer sites, suppliers, and trade shows.

Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, municipalities, and government agencies in an assigned territory. Provide product specification, training, technical support, troubleshooting, and market analysis. Drive sales opportunities, execute promotional events, prepare forecasts/reports, and travel extensively to meet goals.

Develop and execute hardware, firmware, and software design verification tests for irrigation controller products. Build and configure hardware test fixtures, run manual and automated scripts, debug electrical and software issues, document defects, review technical documentation, and support other engineering teams. The role also guides junior personnel and requires schematic reading, electronic troubleshooting, measurement-tool use, and PCB soldering or desoldering.

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and user interface tools for smart irrigation controller products. Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests; analyze results; track defects; and report quality metrics. Collaborate with product, firmware, and engineering teams to validate device interactions, telemetry, synchronization, usability, and release readiness. Contribute to QA standards, documentation, test data practices, and continuous automation improvements.

Lead design and hands-on development of AWS-based serverless backend and IoT cloud services. Build Python Lambda microservices, REST APIs, telemetry pipelines, and secure AWS IoT Core device communication. Mentor engineers, define architecture patterns, ensure production readiness (monitoring, CI/CD, security), and guide cross-functional integrations and technical roadmaps.

Lead sustainability reporting, data management, and internal communications; manage volunteer and grant programs; track operational sustainability projects; support Sustainability Council and campus engagement; develop data visualizations and maintain SharePoint/Viva Engage content.

The Regulatory Compliance Engineer ensures product compliance with regulations, supports certification processes, and assists in testing for compliance issues while maintaining documentation.

Manage the accounting function including month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, audit preparation, fixed assets, international accounting, and staff supervision. Ensure GAAP compliance, improve processes, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and support financial analysis and accruals.
