Lead design and hands-on development of AWS-based serverless backend and IoT cloud services. Build Python Lambda microservices, REST APIs, telemetry pipelines, and secure AWS IoT Core device communication. Mentor engineers, define architecture patterns, ensure production readiness (monitoring, CI/CD, security), and guide cross-functional integrations and technical roadmaps.

Designs, implements, and continuously improves enterprise talent programs, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and skills initiatives. Leads the Talent Programs team and partners with HR, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HRIS, and business stakeholders. Drives change management, program adoption, leadership development, talent assessment, and succession processes while using analytics to measure effectiveness and inform talent decisions.

Supports IT demand intake, portfolio governance, reporting, data integrity, value realization tracking, capacity planning, service catalog maintenance, and vendor management. Partners with stakeholders to qualify requests, clarify business needs, document governance decisions, and improve portfolio processes. Maintains dashboards, tools, templates, and reporting standards while supporting cost views and AI initiative tracking.

Leads the organization’s Learning and Development function, managing the team, hiring, coaching, and performance management. Develops and executes enterprise learning strategies, oversees virtual and in-person training programs, assesses organizational needs, manages workflows and budgets, and evaluates program effectiveness. Partners with business stakeholders to align development initiatives with company goals, maintains current training curricula, and incorporates new learning technologies and techniques.

Leads global HR operations, shared services, HR technology, people analytics, governance, compliance, and service delivery. Develops HR technology and operations strategy, standardizes hire-to-retire processes, oversees HCM systems and digital transformation, establishes workforce metrics and data governance, and ensures employment-law compliance and audit readiness. Partners with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders while leading a high-performing team across complex, global, multi-site manufacturing and corporate environments.

Develop and maintain full-stack Drupal websites and web applications using PHP, Twig, JavaScript, CSS/SCSS, and MySQL. Build custom modules and themes, integrate APIs, manage content, troubleshoot and review code, and convert wireframes into responsive webpages. Support SEO, accessibility, privacy, analytics, and performance improvements while collaborating with marketing, engineering, creatives, product managers, and project managers. The role is remote with PST core hours.

Manages sales activities and business-to-business relationships across TX, NM, OK, KS, MO, and AR. Develops agency, distributor, contractor, designer, and developer accounts; achieves sales targets; creates promotional strategies; tracks projects and market conditions; maintains CRM forecasts; supports product training and field service; manages budgets; and collaborates with sales leadership. Extensive domestic and some international travel is required.

Provides financial leadership for multiple business units by owning financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, dashboards, and performance analysis. Partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams, reviews manufacturing and cost analytics, presents financial results, identifies improvement opportunities, and leads initiatives supporting business decisions.

The role also assists Marketing, Sales, and engineering teams with compliance needs and requires 10%–20% travel to test laboratories, customer sites, suppliers, and trade shows.

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and user interface tools for smart irrigation controller products. Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests; analyze results; track defects; and report quality metrics. Collaborate with product, firmware, and engineering teams to validate device interactions, telemetry, synchronization, usability, and release readiness. Contribute to QA standards, documentation, test data practices, and continuous automation improvements.

The Regulatory Compliance Engineer ensures product compliance with regulations, supports certification processes, and assists in testing for compliance issues while maintaining documentation.
