Serve as the primary HR contact for a 150-person international office, managing the full employee lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, absence management, payroll inputs, benefits, HR compliance, and Works Council support. Advise employees and managers on Dutch employment matters, maintain HRIS data, coordinate occupational health providers, prepare reports, and contribute to training, engagement, and HR process improvement initiatives.
