Develops environmental graphics, signage systems, wayfinding, branded environments, and visual communication materials for themed entertainment, hospitality, and destination projects. Translates narrative and brand intent into cohesive, buildable graphic solutions; collaborates with architects, engineers, show set designers, fabricators, and vendors; creates production-ready documentation; and supports design reviews, fabrication, installation, accessibility, code compliance, and quality control.

Coordinate federal proposal development from solicitation review through final submission. Manage SF 330 content, document control, versioning, partner coordination, compliance checks, editing, production support, and maintain pursuit data in CRM/DAM systems to ensure timely, compliant, high-quality submissions.

Design and manage electrical power, communications, and interior/exterior lighting systems for new construction and renovation projects. Prepare plans, specifications, electrical studies (short circuit, voltage drop, coordination), construction documents, reports, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, utilities, contractors, and clients. Perform site visits and construction observations; ensure code compliance and quality control.

Provide administrative and project support to office principals and project teams including project setup, document control, scheduling, invoice and contract coordination, proposal support, and general office operations using Microsoft Office and Deltek Vantagepoint.

Process and manage company payments and employee expense reimbursements, ensure policy compliance, post transactions to the general ledger, reconcile accounts, prepare payments (check/ACH/wire), respond to inquiries, maintain vendor/employee relationships, and assist with ad hoc projects and file maintenance.
