Lead and support federal architectural projects from planning and design through construction administration and closeout. Produce drawings, specifications, analyses, reports, and presentations; coordinate multidisciplinary teams; apply federal criteria; support design-build delivery, quality control, client meetings, construction-phase services, proposals, and project tracking. Mentor junior staff, manage assigned scope and schedules, communicate risks, and support secure project requirements for federal and Department of Defense clients.

Designs immersive themed environments, scenic elements, spatial layouts, and guest-facing storytelling components. Translates creative concepts into buildable design solutions, coordinates with architectural, engineering, vendor, and fabrication teams, and supports plans, elevations, models, visualizations, shop drawings, mock-ups, installation, and field coordination. Requires strong visual communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, and proficiency with architectural and visualization software.

Develops concept artwork, environmental illustrations, mood imagery, digital paintings, renderings, and presentation materials for themed entertainment, experiential, hospitality, and destination projects. Translates narrative and spatial ideas into compelling visual representations, collaborates with creative directors and designers, participates in critiques and design reviews, and supports visual consistency, storytelling, stakeholder alignment, and project delivery. The role is primarily on-site in Orlando or Los Angeles.
