Manage a portfolio of 75–125 donors and prospects to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts. Develop individualized donor strategies, conduct regular outreach and meetings, build a pipeline of major gift opportunities, and collaborate with leadership and the development team to meet revenue goals and strengthen donor engagement.

Performs accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, general ledger entries, reconciliations, budget monitoring, and reporting. Prepares tax forms (1099, W-2), supports audits, maintains vendor records, assists with grant reimbursement and process improvement projects, and provides internal/external customer service.

Facilitate community education programs engaging men and boys as allies and addressing co-occurrence of domestic violence and substance use. Develop materials, train professionals, attend community events, collaborate with partners, maintain records, ensure accessibility, and represent the organization at events. In-person role requiring evening and weekend availability.
