Manage media relations, advertising, brand and graphic design, and multimedia projects. Collaborate with Development and Community Education on communications and social content, liaise with contractors, attend events as needed, and support fundraising and awareness efforts for the nonprofit.

Manage a portfolio of 75–125 donors and prospects to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts. Develop individualized donor strategies, conduct regular outreach and meetings, build a pipeline of major gift opportunities, and collaborate with leadership and the development team to meet revenue goals and strengthen donor engagement.

Facilitate community education programs engaging men and boys as allies and addressing co-occurrence of domestic violence and substance use. Develop materials, train professionals, attend community events, collaborate with partners, maintain records, ensure accessibility, and represent the organization at events. In-person role requiring evening and weekend availability.
