Manage a portfolio of 75–125 donors and prospects to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts. Develop individualized donor strategies, conduct regular outreach and meetings, build a pipeline of major gift opportunities, and collaborate with leadership and the development team to meet revenue goals and strengthen donor engagement.

Provide administrative support for agency operations, HR, and executive leadership. Manage office systems (mail, supplies, equipment, Zoom, Data Savers), support recruitment and onboarding (Paylocity, background screenings, personnel files), coordinate board and staff meetings, assist with special projects, maintain records and compliance, and perform other assigned operational tasks.

Performs accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, general ledger entries, reconciliations, budget monitoring, and reporting. Prepares tax forms (1099, W-2), supports audits, maintains vendor records, assists with grant reimbursement and process improvement projects, and provides internal/external customer service.
