Leads Hubbard House’s finance function, overseeing accounting operations, financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, grants, compliance, audits, risk management, internal controls, and reporting. The Director of Development leads fundraising efforts by identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding prospective donors. The role collaborates with agency leadership and the development team to execute fundraising initiatives, manage donor and solicitation records, and apply fundraising best practices. Responsibilities require strong communication, organization, collaboration, initiative, and attention to detail, with potential oversight of staff and involvement in major gifts, planned giving, and capital campaigns.
