Process and validate rebate payments, manage rebate agreements and ManagerHub onboarding, support cash reconciliations and unknown deposit investigations, process payment transactions, update administration systems, liaise with stakeholders, and contribute to process improvement projects.

Support planning and execution of client and partner events from logistics and stakeholder coordination through onsite delivery. Manage budgets, suppliers, event administration, and contribute to marketing campaigns, promotions and brand communications to deliver exceptional experiences across multiple brands.

Design, deploy and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (primarily GCP) using Terraform. Build and manage reusable modules, CI/CD pipelines, state management and automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot deployments, maintain documentation and participate in incident response and occasional after-hours deployments.

Embed security-by-design across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and APIs. Design and implement secure pipelines, automate security testing and monitoring, enforce IAM and API security, support compliance and audits, and advise engineering teams on security controls in a regulated financial environment.

Design and lead end-to-end secure, scalable cloud-native solutions (AWS/GCP) using microservices, API-first and event-driven patterns. Produce architecture artefacts, ensure compliance/security in financial services, support agile delivery, and contribute to data, analytics and responsible AI design and enterprise guardrails.

Support Line 2 AML & Fraud operations through CDD/ECDD/KYC reviews, sanctions/PEP/adverse media investigations, transaction monitoring, SMR preparation, periodic KYC remediation, AML system recordkeeping, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to strengthen AML/CTF controls.

Ensure Class software complies with Australian tax, superannuation and ATO requirements. Monitor legislative changes, manage compliance calendars, support product requirements and QA, resolve Level 2/3 client escalations, perform legal/tax research, deliver training, manage SuperStream processes, conduct data analysis and automation using SQL/APIs, and contribute to regulatory submissions and industry benchmarking.

Design, build and maintain scalable web applications and microservices; develop and optimise public/private APIs; create responsive front-ends with strong UX; ensure performance, security, testing and CI/CD; participate in code reviews and agile cross-functional collaboration; support maintenance and documentation; contribute to technical innovation including AI-enabled solutions.

Lead a cross-functional squad to deliver cloud-native software using C#/.NET and React/Next.js. Own delivery outcomes, contribute to backend and frontend development, drive architecture, CI/CD, testing, observability, and integration patterns on AWS-based microservices while mentoring engineers.

Support Line 2 AML & Fraud operations by performing CDD/ECDD/KYC reviews, investigating sanctions/PEP/adverse media and transaction alerts, preparing SMRs, conducting periodic KYC reviews, maintaining AML case records, producing risk reporting, and supporting quality assurance and process improvements.

Perform cash and investment reconciliations, settlements, corporate actions, pricing validation and asset migrations. Manage SuperStream, tax components, FX conversions, and failed trade investigations. Support process improvements, data analysis in Excel, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Lead and deliver business analysis across Engage and myhub platforms. Shape roadmaps with Product, define clear requirements and outcomes, ensure high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria, support Agile planning, and lead and develop a team of Business Analysts to embed consistent BA practices and enable efficient, value-driven delivery.

Lead requirements gathering and solution design for portfolio administration, investment reporting and adviser solutions. Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, support Agile delivery and UAT, validate data and calculations, mentor junior BAs, and drive continuous improvement including AI-enabled practices.

Lead a team of data engineers to design, build, and maintain Databricks-based data platforms and pipelines on GCP. Ensure scalable, secure, governed data architectures supporting product, operational, regulatory, and analytics needs. Mentor engineers, contribute hands-on, integrate streaming and batch solutions, embed secure-by-design and data governance practices, and collaborate with Product, Cloud, DevOps, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver prioritized data products.

Support the Data Products team to define and deliver data-driven products and an intelligence layer. Collaborate with engineering, data and commercial teams to shape roadmap, drive discovery, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of scalable data solutions that create customer and business value.
