Establish and embed HUB24 Finance’s first-line risk capability. The role will identify and document processes, obligations, risks, and controls; assess and test control effectiveness; review evidence; monitor remediation; coordinate Workday risk documentation; and report gaps and progress. The manager will also develop guidance and tools, work closely with Finance leaders and process owners, and transition ongoing risk responsibilities back to Finance.

Own and evolve HUB24’s platform product roadmap across adviser and investor experiences. Lead discovery, requirements, prioritisation, delivery, launch and continuous improvement for initiatives including onboarding, trading, payments and portfolio functionality. Translate customer and business needs into product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria while partnering with UX, Technology, Operations, Growth and Scrum teams. Use research, usage data and market insights to guide decisions and communicate priorities, trade-offs and outcomes.

Supports financial data feed delivery and improvement by gathering requirements, analyzing transactions and integrations, documenting user stories and process flows, coordinating testing and defect management, investigating feed issues, and maintaining operational documentation. The role collaborates with internal technical and business teams and external providers while contributing to Agile ceremonies, data quality improvements, automation, and operational enhancements.

Coordinate delivery across the Data Products portfolio, managing implementations, migrations, testing, regulatory requirements, risks, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder communications. The role also involves maintaining sales pipelines and CRM records, developing local initiatives, gathering market feedback, and contributing to platform and service improvements.

Lead HUB24’s marketing enablement function by evolving operating models, optimizing marketing and communications processes, managing the MarTech ecosystem, and implementing AI and automation strategies. The role establishes performance metrics and reporting, drives cross-functional change adoption, and builds team capability in marketing operations, AI, and process excellence.

Designs and operates enterprise cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and reliability practices. Leads automation, security, incident management, vulnerability remediation, and production improvements while partnering across engineering, cybersecurity, product, and testing teams. Provides technical leadership, mentoring, architecture input, and platform strategy guidance. Requires substantial experience with cloud engineering, DevOps, high-availability production systems, modernization initiatives, Agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement.

Leads product strategy, discovery, roadmap development, and delivery for three enterprise financial services products. Translates customer, business, and technology needs into scalable initiatives, defines success metrics, manages dependencies and risks, and aligns senior stakeholders. Partners with UX, Engineering, and Delivery teams to improve customer journeys and deliver API-led, data-enabled digital solutions for advisers, accountants, and their clients.

Provide oversight and assurance of material service providers to support Trustee governance and regulatory compliance (SPS 515, CPS 230). Analyse provider reporting and member outcome metrics, conduct desktop and deep-dive reviews, track remediation, support product governance and incident/BCP obligations, prepare reports for management and trustee committees, and contribute to continuous improvement of controls and member communications.

Support reliable, scalable production environments through incident management, observability, cloud operations, system administration, container support, vulnerability remediation, and automation. The role uses SRE practices such as SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident reviews, and on-call support across AWS, GCP, Linux, Windows, Docker, and Kubernetes environments.

Lead product enablement across myhub, Engage and myprosperity by creating documentation frameworks, reusable templates, reporting rhythms and tooling practices. Improve Productboard hygiene, coach cross-functional teams, optimise enablement tools (Figma, Dovetail, Confluence, Productboard), and ensure discovery context, decision rationale and customer-focused collateral are captured and shared to drive consistent product delivery.

Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas. Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations, develop Power BI dashboards and performance metrics, and deliver regular and ad hoc analysis supporting product planning and decisions. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders, manage external data providers, improve data quality and reporting processes, and monitor industry, competitor, and market trends.

Designs, implements, and coordinates security solutions across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. The role improves security posture, embeds secure-by-design principles, supports security operations, contributes to policies and compliance activities, manages vulnerabilities and risks, and provides technical leadership and mentoring. It partners with architecture, engineering, development, operations, vendors, and stakeholders to advance HUB24’s cyber security roadmap in a regulated environment.

Support and analyse risk and compliance data, extract insights from risk systems (including Protecht), prepare Board/committee reports and dashboards, partner with stakeholders to validate information, assist monitoring and compliance reviews, and contribute to improvements in risk data quality, processes and the risk and compliance framework.

Embed security-by-design across cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines and APIs. Design and implement secure pipelines, automate security testing and monitoring, enforce IAM and API security, support compliance and audits, and advise engineering teams on security controls in a regulated financial environment.

Support Line 2 AML & Fraud operations by performing CDD/ECDD/KYC reviews, investigating sanctions/PEP/adverse media and transaction alerts, preparing SMRs, conducting periodic KYC reviews, maintaining AML case records, producing risk reporting, and supporting quality assurance and process improvements.

Lead end-to-end delivery of HUB24's AML/CTF reform program: create and manage implementation roadmap, translate legislation into policies/processes, drive system and governance changes, coordinate business readiness and stakeholder engagement to ensure regulatory compliance.

Lead and deliver business analysis across Engage and myhub platforms. Shape roadmaps with Product, define clear requirements and outcomes, ensure high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria, support Agile planning, and lead and develop a team of Business Analysts to embed consistent BA practices and enable efficient, value-driven delivery.

Lead a team of data engineers to design, build, and maintain Databricks-based data platforms and pipelines on GCP. Ensure scalable, secure, governed data architectures supporting product, operational, regulatory, and analytics needs. Mentor engineers, contribute hands-on, integrate streaming and batch solutions, embed secure-by-design and data governance practices, and collaborate with Product, Cloud, DevOps, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver prioritized data products.
