Supports regulatory change management across the HUB24 Group by monitoring legislation and guidance, assessing business impacts, maintaining regulatory registers and implementation trackers, coordinating milestones and evidence, preparing governance updates, and supporting reviews and transition to business-as-usual ownership. The role collaborates with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders within the Australian financial services regulatory environment.

Provide oversight and assurance of material service providers to support Trustee governance and regulatory compliance (SPS 515, CPS 230). Analyse provider reporting and member outcome metrics, conduct desktop and deep-dive reviews, track remediation, support product governance and incident/BCP obligations, prepare reports for management and trustee committees, and contribute to continuous improvement of controls and member communications.

Supports investment operations by processing and reconciling cash transactions, allocating receipts, investigating unknown deposits, administering rebate payments, and resolving discrepancies. Maintains accurate operational records, liaises with fund managers and internal stakeholders, follows compliance requirements, and contributes to process improvements. The role requires attention to detail, financial data analysis, knowledge of Australian payment practices, and a commitment to quality client service in a fast-paced environment.
