Leads product strategy, discovery, roadmap development, and delivery for three enterprise financial services products. Translates customer, business, and technology needs into scalable initiatives, defines success metrics, manages dependencies and risks, and aligns senior stakeholders. Partners with UX, Engineering, and Delivery teams to improve customer journeys and deliver API-led, data-enabled digital solutions for advisers, accountants, and their clients.

Process accurate and compliant Australian payroll, including employee lifecycle changes, payslips, tax, superannuation, leave, reconciliations, reporting, and payroll tax lodgements. Investigate discrepancies, resolve employee enquiries, maintain confidential payroll records, liaise with the Australian Taxation Office, and collaborate with People & Culture and Finance. This is a fixed-term contract through September 2027 with immediate start.

Designs and operates enterprise cloud platforms, infrastructure as code, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and reliability practices. Leads automation, security, incident management, vulnerability remediation, and production improvements while partnering across engineering, cybersecurity, product, and testing teams. Provides technical leadership, mentoring, architecture input, and platform strategy guidance. Requires substantial experience with cloud engineering, DevOps, high-availability production systems, modernization initiatives, Agile delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
