The role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, independent problem-solving, flexibility, and approximately eight travel events annually.

Direct the planning and production of company events ranging from intimate masterminds to large multi-day conferences. Responsibilities include developing event strategy, negotiating venue and vendor contracts, managing budgets and inventory, coordinating audiovisual production, leading event staff, supporting presenters, improving event systems, and ensuring excellent participant experiences, retention, community engagement, and profitability.

Lead marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of growing small law firms. Responsibilities include brand positioning, campaign development, digital and traditional channel optimization, KPI and analytics management, scalable workflow implementation, and coaching business owners and marketing teams. The role requires managing multiple client relationships, building trusted advisory partnerships, and driving measurable growth and ROI in a fully remote portfolio-based model.

Provide strategic financial leadership to approximately 30 small and mid-sized law firms. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, developing forecasts, budgets, cash-flow strategies, and KPI dashboards; improving pricing, margins, and profitability; advising business owners on growth decisions; and building trusted long-term client relationships.

Serve as a fractional controller for up to 45 solo law firm clients: lead monthly financial analysis calls, teach and implement financial reports, build KPIs/dashboards, coach clients to act on insights, facilitate group webinars, maintain client notes, contribute knowledge content, and support cross-functional advisory tasks.

Lead and scale the HR function through rapid growth. Build HR infrastructure, policies, and programs; manage employee relations, performance, compliance, workforce planning, organizational design, M&A integrations, and leader coaching to foster a high-performance culture.

Lead full‑cycle recruiting and talent marketing to build pipelines and hire exceptional people. Own sourcing, candidate outreach, interviews, assessment, offer negotiation, onboarding partnership, ATS optimization, recruiting metrics, and employer branding. Develop the Talent Acquisition function, strengthen employer brand, leverage AI and new sourcing channels, and ensure high-quality candidate experiences while moving quickly.
