Rapidly prototype solutions with Replit and Lovable, troubleshoot and monitor automations, document systems, and identify opportunities to eliminate manual work. The role requires creative experimentation, strong independent problem-solving, and occasional travel to quarterly conferences and live sales events.

This remote role is limited to candidates residing in specified U.S. states.

Provide strategic financial leadership to approximately 30 small and mid-sized law firms. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, developing forecasts, budgets, cash-flow strategies, and KPI dashboards; improving pricing, margins, and profitability; advising business owners on growth decisions; and building trusted long-term client relationships.

Serve as a fractional controller for up to 45 solo law firm clients: lead monthly financial analysis calls, teach and implement financial reports, build KPIs/dashboards, coach clients to act on insights, facilitate group webinars, maintain client notes, contribute knowledge content, and support cross-functional advisory tasks.

Own sourcing, candidate outreach, interviews, assessment, offer negotiation, onboarding partnership, ATS optimization, recruiting metrics, and employer branding. Develop the Talent Acquisition function, strengthen employer brand, leverage AI and new sourcing channels, and ensure high-quality candidate experiences while moving quickly.
