Respond to inbound and outbound prospects through phone, email, and text; qualify law firm owners; explain and schedule 60-minute Diagnostics; confirm attendance; recover cancellations; maintain accurate GoHighLevel records; and provide detailed handoffs to New Member Specialists. The role also requires consistent follow-up, objection handling, appointment coordination, CRM accuracy, call coaching participation, and feedback on lead quality.

Provides hands-on technology support for company leadership and events; manages accounts, platforms, domains, subscriptions, automations, password vaults, and API keys; configures software and AI tools; administers access using least-privilege principles; maintains disaster recovery plans and testing; coordinates with vendors and managed service providers; and documents systems for insurance and due diligence.

Advise small and midsized business owners on growth strategy, financial performance, profitability, operations, and execution. Develop business plans, analyze revenue, expenses, margins, cash flow, and identify improvement opportunities. Coach owners through difficult decisions, establish accountability, and help implement practical solutions that strengthen systems, improve execution, and increase long-term business value.
