Lead the architecture and integration of AI/ML, software, data, automation, and full-stack solutions. Establish engineering, API, CI/CD, DevOps, security, and cloud-native standards; resolve complex legacy integration challenges; oversee performance and failure mitigation; and coordinate deployments with stakeholders, vendors, and executives while ensuring secure, sustainable, interoperable, and auditable systems.

Works individually or with small groups, assists with differentiated instruction, classroom management, student supervision, testing, and preparation of ARD/IEP documentation. Collects and enters student data and supports academic goals and educational programs.

Creates original Pre-K instructional content, developmentally appropriate lessons, and materials aligned with district expectations, Texas Prekindergarten Guidelines, and NES instructional structures. Designs resources for English and Dual Language classrooms supporting oral language, vocabulary, early literacy, comprehension, phonological awareness, alphabet knowledge, and kindergarten readiness. Plans and delivers bilingual fifth-grade math instruction, creates an inclusive classroom environment, adapts lessons to student needs, assesses progress, maintains records, manages classroom behavior, communicates with parents, and participates in professional development and school activities.

Provides strategic and operational leadership for an in-plant print shop, document imaging, and graphic design department. Oversees production, service delivery, customer relationships, budgeting, pricing, cost recovery, compliance, staffing, performance, and continuous improvement. Develops marketing and customer education strategies, identifies revenue opportunities, manages partnerships, and advises stakeholders on complex projects. Leads long-range planning and cross-functional initiatives affecting multiple departments or the district.
