Leads instructional quality across multiple schools by supervising campus support leaders and principals, providing coaching and performance management, advancing equity and student outcomes, and coordinating operational support. Ensures regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and alignment of human capital, finance, facilities, transportation, nutrition, and special-population services with instructional priorities. Directly supervises principals and indirectly oversees teachers across feeder patterns.

Coordinates departmental administration, leadership-team activities, meetings, projects, communications, records, and stakeholder support. Engages customers and school communities through frequent school visits to gather feedback, assists with project timelines and deliverables, organizes events and workshops, and supports administrative functions across departments. Maintains databases and filing systems, manages office supplies and equipment, and provides guidance to administrative staff without formal supervisory authority.

Leads district-wide talent management programs, including pre-hire and onboarding processes, personnel changes, teacher certification compliance, substitute teacher operations, I-9 completion, and vacancy reporting. Oversees employee movement initiatives such as leveling and crosswalks, provides guidance to Talent Management teams, supports staffing decisions, and ensures compliance with applicable regulations. The role requires advanced judgment, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and frequent districtwide travel.
