Full-time mechanical engineering faculty member responsible for developing and teaching project-based courses and laboratories, advising students, mentoring organizations, supporting assessment and accreditation, serving on committees, maintaining professional relationships, and contributing to the growth of a new mechanical engineering program. The role requires academic leadership, curriculum development, student-focused teaching, professional development, and alignment with the university’s Christian mission.

Assists athletics leadership with NCAA Division I compliance, rules education, recruitment monitoring, practice and competition schedule verification, and rules interpretations. Coordinates with financial aid to award and monitor athletic scholarships, books, and fees. Supports class changes, invoice and travel voucher approvals, conference communications, NCAA meetings, and compliance reporting. Requires three years of Division I NCAA compliance experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Teach undergraduate and graduate management courses (face-to-face, online, hybrid); conduct scholarly research and publication; advise students; support recruitment, accreditation (ACBSP), and campus service; integrate Christian faith into teaching and engage in professional outreach.

Teach and develop project-based undergraduate and advanced courses and labs in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, or cyber engineering; advise students; participate in student organizations, assessment, accreditation, committees, and professional development while maintaining community and industry relationships.

Founding Chair will build and lead the Mechanical Engineering program: recruit and supervise faculty, develop curriculum, prepare ABET and academic documentation, oversee labs and assessments, evaluate teaching, support scholarship, and integrate faith-and-learning while advancing college strategic priorities.

Full-time faculty position (Assistant/Associate/Full Professor) to design and teach project-based undergraduate and advanced courses in computer science or cyber engineering, advise students, lead labs, participate in assessment and accreditation, engage in student development and service, and support the colleges vision integrating STEM and Christian values.

Provide financial aid counseling and administer federal, state, institutional, and private aid programs. Assist students with FAFSA, verification, award packaging, loan certification, appeals, scholarship administration, compliance, outreach, and financial literacy. Maintain records, support audits, use Banner/CRM systems, and partner across campus to promote student retention and success.

Teach undergraduate and graduate accounting courses in face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats; engage in scholarly research and publication; advise students; maintain office hours; participate in recruitment, retention, committee service, accreditation (ACBSP) support, and campus community activities. Integrate Christian faith into teaching and perform other assigned duties.

Teach a range of undergraduate mathematics courses, design and assess classroom experiences, advise and mentor students, participate in curriculum development, serve on committees, and maintain professional relationships while contributing scholarship adaptable for undergraduate projects.

Recruit, admit, advise, and retain pre-nursing students; conduct information sessions and recruitment visits; manage selection and enrollment processes; assist with financial aid, orientation, and retention efforts; maintain applicant records and FERPA confidentiality; participate in committees and university events.

Monitor daily cash flow, forecast short- and long-term cash needs, manage bank relationships, execute investments, support debt administration, ensure compliance with GAAP/SOX/FBAR, prepare treasury reports, and improve treasury processes and systems.
