Full-time mechanical engineering faculty member responsible for developing and teaching project-based courses and laboratories, advising students, mentoring organizations, supporting assessment and accreditation, serving on committees, maintaining professional relationships, and contributing to the growth of a new mechanical engineering program. The role requires academic leadership, curriculum development, student-focused teaching, professional development, and alignment with the university’s Christian mission.

Assists athletics leadership with NCAA Division I compliance, rules education, recruitment monitoring, practice and competition schedule verification, and rules interpretations. Coordinates with financial aid to award and monitor athletic scholarships, books, and fees. Supports class changes, invoice and travel voucher approvals, conference communications, NCAA meetings, and compliance reporting. Requires three years of Division I NCAA compliance experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Teach undergraduate and graduate management courses (face-to-face, online, hybrid); conduct scholarly research and publication; advise students; support recruitment, accreditation (ACBSP), and campus service; integrate Christian faith into teaching and engage in professional outreach.
