Teams at Houston Christian University

Assists athletics leadership with NCAA Division I compliance, rules education, recruitment monitoring, practice and competition schedule verification, and rules interpretations. Coordinates with financial aid to award and monitor athletic scholarships, books, and fees. Supports class changes, invoice and travel voucher approvals, conference communications, NCAA meetings, and compliance reporting. Requires three years of Division I NCAA compliance experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Teach undergraduate and graduate management courses (face-to-face, online, hybrid); conduct scholarly research and publication; advise students; support recruitment, accreditation (ACBSP), and campus service; integrate Christian faith into teaching and engage in professional outreach.

Teach and develop project-based undergraduate and advanced courses and labs in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, or cyber engineering; advise students; participate in student organizations, assessment, accreditation, committees, and professional development while maintaining community and industry relationships.
