Teach and develop project-based undergraduate and advanced courses and labs in cybersecurity, information systems, computer science, or cyber engineering; advise students; participate in student organizations, assessment, accreditation, committees, and professional development while maintaining community and industry relationships.

Provide financial aid counseling and administer federal, state, institutional, and private aid programs. Assist students with FAFSA, verification, award packaging, loan certification, appeals, scholarship administration, compliance, outreach, and financial literacy. Maintain records, support audits, use Banner/CRM systems, and partner across campus to promote student retention and success.

Manage and maintain computing ClassLab environments and equipment for the Department of Engineering. Oversee safety, maintenance, inventory, procurement, installation, and calibration of hardware and instrumentation. Supervise and train student lab assistants and Helpdesk workers, coordinate schedules with faculty, interact with vendors, and support departmental projects and instruction.
