The Sr. Customer Success Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through relationship management, operational oversight, and driving financial growth in pharmacy services.

Onsite entry-level role supporting daily office operations: manage inbound/outbound shipments and mail, maintain supplies and inventory, greet visitors, coordinate vendors and meetings, plan events, troubleshoot basic office equipment, and assist office leadership with projects.

Own and scale corporate IT systems including Windows/macOS endpoints, MDM, identity (Okta, Google Workspace), SaaS administration, automation (PowerShell/Bash/Python/APIs), onboarding/offboarding, endpoint security, and audit readiness. Troubleshoot complex issues, build runbooks, and partner with Security, Engineering, People, and Operations to operationalize repeatable, compliant IT processes.

Manage and coach a team of Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators working west coast hours, oversee work queues and escalations, own scheduling and performance management, develop dispensary operations/processes, support clinic launches, drive productivity and reporting, and serve as subject matter expert for specialty pharmacy workflows (prior authorizations, financial assistance, order management).

Lead and coach a west-coast team of Specialty Pharmacy Care Coordinators, manage scheduling and work queues, own performance management, training, audits and operational reporting, support clinic launches, and ensure consistent execution of specialty pharmacy workflows including prior authorizations, financial assistance, and patient outreach.

The Senior Product Manager will oversee platform development, collaborate with engineering and design teams, identify key issues, and drive product solutions for better patient care and business growth.
