The Role:
We are currently seeking a full-time Operations Associate. Reminder: this is a full-time and in-person position located in New York, NY. If you are looking for a remote or hybrid position, this is not the right fit for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Help manage coordination, including setting up processes that are scalable using our Zealthy provider and coordinator portal as well as external tools such as ZenDesk.
- Respond to provider requests and assist them in their day-to-day tasks.
- Support managing pharmacy partners, with a high level of attention to detail and focus on setting up scalable processes.
- Analyze data as needed for important aspects of business and clinical care delivery.
- Work closely with the operations team, CEO and senior medical director to implement and maintain efficient operational processes.
- Complete ad-hoc requests and projects as needed.
- Bring an ownership mindset and mentality to everything you do.
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 1+ year experience in management consulting, investment banking, or startups.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A willingness to take on varied tasks with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
