Serve as Product Owner and senior business analyst for Salesforce (Sales, Service, Communications/Vlocity, CPQ). Monitor and maintain network, voice, video, and application environments; respond to alerts; diagnose and resolve faults; configure and maintain monitoring tools; coordinate vendor repairs and onsite dispatch; document incidents and procedures; perform system health checks and support inbound calls.

Design, develop, and maintain data warehousing, ETL, and BI reporting solutions. Build reports and dashboards (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau), ensure data accuracy, gather stakeholder requirements, implement end-to-end BI solutions, and support finance and ERP-related analytics. The Director of Logistics oversees logistics operations, warehousing, inventory, procurement, and distribution for telecom, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective strategies.

Manage all phases of outside plant (OSP) fiber and copper construction projects: plan, schedule, coordinate design/permitting, oversee contractors, conduct site inspections, control budgets, and deliver project closeout and status reporting.

Support corporate strategy and deal execution (financial modeling, diligence, memos, presentations) while designing and operating AI-enabled workflows, prompts, agents, and automations to scale the CSO organization. Partner cross-functionally on content, partnerships, government affairs, and integration planning.
