Leads enterprise cloud security architecture, cybersecurity standards, strategic roadmaps, risk assessments, security controls, compliance validation, and security metrics. Serves as a liaison among IT, business, and security teams while providing architectural guidance for Azure and AWS environments. Conducts cloud security assessments and design reviews, with expertise in Microsoft technologies, authentication, endpoint security, threat detection, logging, and regulatory frameworks.

Manages relationships with property boards, HOA offices, owners, and management teams for assigned accounts. Oversees customer satisfaction, service delivery, account health, renewals, escalations, upselling, onsite presentations, training, and account meetings. Partners with legal, engineering, marketing, technical operations, and customer service teams to resolve requests and improve service. Supports events, tradeshows, promotional activities, customer communications, and web content updates.

Conducts wireless network assessments, audits, design, installation, configuration, validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Documents survey and project results, supports project timelines, and collaborates with engineering, field operations, and project management teams. Requires Wi-Fi networking experience, RF knowledge, wireless design tool familiarity, and an associate degree in a relevant technical field.
