Directs network engineering and regional engineering teams while owning large-scale service provider network availability, performance, security, automation, IP address management, disaster recovery, and change management. Serves as the highest technical escalation point, leads network expansion and modernization, manages vendors and engineering resources, oversees outage response and executive reporting, and develops budgets, operational standards, and strategic plans.

Provides IT service desk support by troubleshooting hardware and software, configuring devices and accounts, maintaining Office 365 and MDM-managed systems, applying patches, monitoring service requests and KPIs, documenting solutions, and supporting security, compliance, inventory, and change-management processes.

Performs complex data analysis for field operations and call centers to improve targeting, resource allocation, and ROI. Develops and validates reports, dashboards, and data models using Excel, SQL, and Power Query. Identifies trends and issues, evaluates analytical methods, and recommends practical business solutions. Supports performance measurement across operations, training, product launches, and related business functions.
