The ISP Designer is responsible for creating network designs, using CAD, analyzing routes, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with construction teams on fiber optic projects.

Lead the architecture and design of network infrastructure, manage projects, mentor team members, and ensure successful implementation of technical solutions.

Provide in-home and virtual product education and demos for residential customers, coordinate training logistics and trouble calls, support launch teams, complete reports, and liaise with internal departments to facilitate equipment projects and training needs.
