Leads consolidated financial reporting, technical accounting, sponsor and lender reporting, and internal controls across multiple legal entities. Oversees consolidations, intercompany accounting, acquisition and purchase accounting, U.S. GAAP research, financial disclosures, SOX documentation, audits, and reporting process improvements. Partners with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, auditors, and private equity stakeholders while providing leadership to accounting team members.

Manages internal and corporate communications, including CRM campaigns, newsletters, editorial calendars, media databases, executive thought leadership, press materials, social content, and corporate messaging. Writes and edits communications, researches technology topics, tracks projects and media coverage, monitors stakeholder sentiment, and supports events and media relations. Uses HubSpot, Meltwater, AI tools, and Microsoft applications while maintaining brand voice, accuracy, and timely approvals.

Design, build, and maintain headend infrastructure and structured wiring; monitor IPTV/audio-video quality; manage UPS/power/HVAC preventive maintenance; install, wire, label, and configure headend equipment; analyze monitoring data and coordinate with NOC and engineering teams to resolve issues and perform scheduled maintenance.
