Provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice across corporate, commercial, privacy, consumer and regulatory matters. Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, review customer-facing materials, manage legal risk and external providers, support governance and compliance, deliver legal training, and partner with senior stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance across the HCF Group.

Provide high-quality phone and email support to healthcare providers and members. Manage 50–70 inbound calls daily, resolve complex enquiries within service-level agreements, maintain accurate and confidential information, liaise with stakeholders, and meet business KPIs and procedures. This is a six-month maximum-term contract based at a Parramatta contact centre, with hybrid work available and at least two office days weekly.

Drive international portfolio growth by identifying business opportunities, building partnerships with migration agents, corporate partners, and brokers, and achieving sales, revenue, and membership targets. The role manages partner pipelines, supports negotiations, monitors market activity, collaborates with internal teams, and provides forecasts and performance insights.
