Supports pension policy and regulatory compliance by maintaining plan policies, procedures, guidelines, and documentation; reviewing communications for technical and legal accuracy; researching pension law and regulatory changes; interpreting plan provisions; assessing risks; supporting plan amendments; and advising internal teams, members, employers, and stakeholders on pension administration matters.

Develop and lead enterprise and investment communications with emphasis on external positioning. Advise the CEO, executives, and spokespeople on speeches, presentations, stakeholder messaging, and high-profile engagements. Translate complex financial and investment topics into compelling content for diverse audiences, including reports, thought leadership, presentations, and briefing materials. Partner with investment and strategy teams, manage communications quality and processes, and use AI tools to improve content, insights, sentiment analysis, and channel effectiveness.

Supports HOOPP’s sustainable investing strategy through sustainability research, quantitative analysis, climate scenario modeling, portfolio stress testing, dashboards, stewardship analysis, and climate data assessment. The role develops actionable investment insights, monitors emerging sustainability practices, evaluates decarbonization plans and investment opportunities, and applies AI-enabled tools and automation to improve research, due diligence, reporting, and portfolio monitoring.
