Teams at HOOPP (Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan)

Provide day-to-day support for investment operations across capital markets—derivatives trade documentation, trade capture, settlement, and treasury. Document and improve workflows, test processes for new products, maintain spreadsheets/databases, conduct research, and support cross-functional projects and team priorities.

Provide day-to-day HR advisory and operational support across employee lifecycle activities. Partner with HRBPs, COEs and business leaders to deliver HR programs, process HR transactions in Workday, prepare HR documentation, produce reports and dashboards, analyze HR data for insights, and support process improvements and responsible use of AI-enabled tools.

Own reliability, automation, and continuous delivery for the Insight Pension Platform. Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, manage 10+ environments, ensure platform security and compliance, respond to incidents, automate manual processes, coordinate releases with teams and vendors, and maintain operational runbooks and documentation while participating in Agile practices.
