Operate and support HOOPP’s Ortec Pearl P&L performance system, monitor data flows, troubleshoot jobs, validate data quality, and maintain reporting processes. Develop automated reports and data-quality solutions using Qlik, Python, Snowflake, Excel, Power BI, and SAP HANA. Analyze investment data, architectures, transformations, and methodologies while coordinating requirements, testing, reconciliation, UAT, and cross-functional technology projects.

Leads HOOPP’s investment performance and P&L systems, including configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, data warehousing, integrations, reporting, automation, and data-quality governance. Analyzes investment data flows, validates calculations, supports new products and cross-functional projects, documents requirements, coordinates implementations, and oversees user acceptance testing. Partners with IT, investment, and operational teams, mentors analysts, manages vendors, and drives process improvements across investment reporting and analytics.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases (C#, Playwright) using BDD/Gherkin. Manage test data and environments with SQL, use Azure DevOps for test and defect management, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, leverage AI-enabled tools, troubleshoot deployments and integrations, and participate in Agile team ceremonies while contributing to continuous improvement.
