Support sourcing, diligence, execution, and monitoring of private equity, co-investment, and fund opportunities. Build financial models, prepare investment memos, conduct industry/company research, assist deal structuring, monitor portfolio performance, support valuations and reporting, and contribute to strategic/internal initiatives and cross-functional deal execution support.

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks and test cases (C#, Playwright) using BDD/Gherkin. Manage test data and environments with SQL, use Azure DevOps for test and defect management, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, leverage AI-enabled tools, troubleshoot deployments and integrations, and participate in Agile team ceremonies while contributing to continuous improvement.

The Director, Fundamental Credit Risk conducts credit risk assessments for debt investments, partners with investment teams, and enhances credit monitoring practices using analytics and AI.
