Lead and coach a dealership sales team: hire, train, mentor sales associates; manage inventory, showroom and online activity via CRM/DMS; monitor reconditioning; ensure high customer satisfaction.

Greet visitors and answer multi-line phones, route callers and visitors to appropriate departments, perform data entry and administrative tasks, assist departments with projects, and provide professional customer service including handling frustrated customers and problem solving.

Convert online leads into sales by generating appointments and quotes through outbound prospecting, managing internet business development representatives, handling incoming internet opportunities, assisting customers with vehicle selection, responding professionally to inquiries, and creating/measuring internet sales processes.
